novaGallery doesn’t require any special to run out of the box. The hard requirements should be available on any standard php based environments. No database is required.

• Apache (with mod_rewrite enabled) or nginx

• GD
• EXIF
• JSON

Images

• Supported file types: JPEG & PNG
• Maximum file size depends on how much RAM php can use and how fast is your server. Unfortunately there is no general setup, because every envroiment is different. Just try out.
